San Francisco Bay Area, Bay Area, The Bay:
This area consists of 72 Million People. It also has the highest per capital income and median household of any metropolitan area in the entire United States, but also one of the highest cost of living in America. It is also known to be a very liberal area led by Berkeley and San Francisco and its long history of liberalism.

Bay Area - North Bay
The North Bay consists of Marin County, Sonoma County, Napa County and Solano County. Marin County is the wealthiest count in the nation. Santa Rosa is the largest city in the North Bay with a population of over 156,000. This region can be found north of the golden gate bridge.

Bay Area - The Peninsula
Consist of San Mateo County, Santa Clara County and many other cities. This area can be found south of San Francisco and north of the south bay. This area is a huge living area for professionals in Silicon Valley.

Bay Area - East Bay
The Easy Bay consists of Alameda & Contra Costa Counties among others. Some of the notable cities are Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, Fremont, Albany, Richmond, Castro Valley, Newark, Union City, San Leandro Hayward, Pinole, Piedmont, El Cerritos, Orinda, Walnut Creek, Pittsburg, Concord, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Benicia. Also consists of the “Tri-Valley” or Livermore Amador Valley which includes Danville, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton and San Ramon.

Bay Area - South Bay
South Bay is the home of the famous Silicon Valley where many high tech companies reside. It also includes the Santa Clara Valley. The most well known city is San Jose. Other cities include Gilroy (Garlic Capital), Morgan Hill, Cupertino (home of Apple), Milpitas, Sunnyvale (home of Yahoo!), Palo Alto (home of Stanford & Facebook), and Mountain View (Home of Google, Linkedin).

Orange County:
Orange County is found in Southern California with a population of 3,098.121 (2007). It has the 5th largest county population in the nation despite being the smallest county in Southern California. Orange County holds famous tourist attractions such as Disneyland & Knott’s Berry Farm and the home of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim & Anaheim Ducks. Notable Cities are Irvine, Anaheim, Laguna Beach, Fullerton, Newport Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Mission Viejo, Garden Grove, Buena Park, Brea, Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley.
